The apartment building is situated in the Tormos neighbourhood of Valencia. The apartment is located within a 15 minute public transport distance to the old city center and also 15 minutes to the beach in Valencia. The neighbourhood is surrounded by the pleasant La Saidia to the south, Benicalap to the left, and Sant Antoni to the right. It is connected to the Blue Tram line (stop called Sagunt), and Purple tram line called Tossal del Rei both on 5 minutes walking distance. In terms of convenience, a supermarket just around the corner, and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

The apartment is situated close to one of our recent projects in Carrer de Constitucion, very similar in terms of housing characteristics. We are excited because we sold this project with an excellent profit even before the renovation was completely finished. This shows the high quality and demand for this area, which is desirable for a lot of people because of its pleasant living conditions and status.

Location

Our team has completely renovated the Third Floor Exterior apartment. The apartment is including a lift and balcony, and in total a surface of 95 m2.
