Here you can see the real estate projects that are currently underway. Most of them are located in and around the cities Barcelona and Valencia in Spain.
In the Marxalenes area, we are buying all ground floor commercial units of three buildings next to each other: 27 new touristic flats.
Around the corner of the Peset project, we are buying the whole ground floor of this building to transform into 14 residential units..
Next to Cieza, we got our hands upon this 500M2 commercial space that we are transforming to 5 touristic short term rental units.
In the Ayora neighboorhood, close to the beach and next the university area, we are transforming this garage to 10 touristic units.
In the barrio of La Saidia, next to the Turia green river park and the universities, we are in the process of changing the use of this commercial property.

In the city center of Valencia, we are renovating a complete historic building in which the only part that remains are the outside walls.

Finished projects
These projects have already been finished. After signing the deed at the notary, the earned ROI is divided per investor.
From a 3 floor building in Terrassa we bought the 3rd and this ground floor. We created a huge garden in this ground floor apartment after a new development renovation.
At the beginning of the green Turia park, we managed to catch this ground floor commercial floor to convert to residential units.
A change of use: and old butcher shop turned into a bright apartment with a backyard patio close to the popular Ruzafa area in Valencia.
