Our team is going to completely renovate the Atico apartment (Atico stands for highest apartment of the building). From one apartment of 60 m2 we are creating two modern studio lofts of 30 m2

each, with a lot of natural light coming in from the spacious terraces. Walls will be removed and newly placed to create two new and modern studios with separate entrance doors. Part of the rehab is an open kitchen design, bathroom remodels and interior finishes throughout. The spacious terraces of 25 m2 each are the unique selling point of the studios, as they add to a high living standard in combination with the pleasant weather conditions almost all year around in Valencia.
