Our team has completely renovated the First Floor Exterior apartment. The apartment is including a lift, and in total a surface of 100 m2. Normally, the kitchen is designed as open and looking at the lounge area but in this occasion the buyer (he bought offplan) prefered to had the kitchen out of the lounge. We remodeled the bathroom and added a new one. Painting of walls, new flooring, electricity structure and interior finishes throughout. This apartment is perfect for a family, and/or being rented to multiple students that are working or studying in- or outside Valencia and using public- and/or own transportation, in our case the buyers were a retired couple that wanted to have a place in Valencia, because they’re from another town. On the selling price of the apartment there was a parking lot included, that made it a really good deal.
