Finished & Sold An old butcher shop re-invented to residential
Project Overview
Our team completely renovated the local comercial apartment (previously used as a butcher shop). This is including the whole 108m2, plus the space of 11m2 that is currently not utilized, making it 119m2 in total. The idea is to enhance the natural light coming in from the front side and the patio (photos added), to create a lively spacious place. This will be the first thing potential buyers will notice when entering the renovated apartment, and a huge plus given the pleasant sunny weather conditions in Valencia. Moreover, the renovation will include a completely new (open) kitchen design, bathroom remodeling, painting of walls, new flooring, electricity structure and interior finishes throughout. This apartment is perfect for a family, commuters, and/or being rented to multiple students that are working or studying in- or outside Valencia and using public- and/or own transportation. What plays in our favor is that currently the demand is higher than the availability of apartments in Valencia.
Long working days? Just walking out the Sant Jacint Castanyeda street, there is the Green River Park that is perfectly suited to enjoy a walk or a run and clear your mind.
The apartment is situated in the Mont-Olivet neighborhood of Valencia. The apartment is located 5-10 minutes away from the old city center by foot and 10 minutes by public transport to the beach. The neighbourhood is surrounded by the popular upcoming Ruzafa and En Corts to the left, and La Gran Via to the north. It is connected to bus stops all around the apartment, that can easily bring you to anywhere in the city. Valencia’s specialized hospital Monteolivete (based on the name of the neighbourhood) is just around the corner. Supermarkets, a boxing school and the vibrant streets filled with bars are around the corner walking out the door. A desired neighbourhood where a lot of people want to live, especially because it’s only a 5-minute walk to where the beautiful Green River Park more or less starts that runs all the way through Valencia.
