Which points can we improve?
More frequent financial updates and a risk analysis would be useful. I also would like a bit more insight into the costs that Blue Bricks charges for each project.

What brought you to Blue Bricks?
Mutual interest with Erwin and Christoph in real estate investing. Since the beginning talking a lot about possible options and after a first project together in Barcelona (which had to be cancelled due to political reasons) we stayed closely in contact about real estate investing. Blue Bricks is the older brother you never had, who can take you by your hand to make your first steps in the world of real estate investing.

Friendly very open approach, nobody has to join so take your time in weighing the pros and cons, the feeling of investing with a group together and sharing successes and challenges together.

The regular updates, and open communication regarding the progress of the project. It feels good to know that I can always share my opinion, or visit the purchased apartment to see the current status if I want to. I know Erwin and Christoph both personally, and know that they take well-considered decisions. This is how Blue Bricks enables me to contribute to an investment project, and learn from the process, without the need to put a lot of time and energy in required research.
