Our team has completely renovated the Third Floor Exterior apartment. The apartment is including a lift and balcony, and in total a surface of 95 m2. Although the apartment is relatively well maintained over the years, the renovation included a new (open) kitchen design, bathroom remodeling, painting of walls, new flooring, electricity structure and interior finishes throughout. This apartment is perfect for a family, commuters, and/or being rented to multiple students that are working or studying in- or outside Valencia and using public- and/or own transportation. What played in our favor is the current situation with higher demand than supply for these apartments with big terraces and a general rise in housing- and rent prices in Valencia that have been accelerating steadily throughout the second half of 2017. The outlook for 2018 continued to be a strong positive expected upward trend of about 10% in general for the city of Valencia.
