OUR RENOVATION PACKAGES

2. SITE ASSESSMENT —
€150 + VAT
We conduct a comprehensive site visit to evaluate the space, assess structural conditions, and understand your requirements. This fee is deducted from your final project cost if you proceed with us.
3. DESIGN PROPOSAL
After verifying the property and selected package, we present your customized proposal including:
- Architectural floor plans
- 3D renderings and visualizations
- Material specifications
We allow up to 3 design review meetings to perfect your vision.
4. PERMITTING & PROJECT SETUP
Once the design is finalized:
- We process all necessary permits and licenses
- Organize the construction schedule
- Deliver an estimated timeline
- Formalize the construction contract
5. CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Your renovation begins with full transparency:
- Monthly on-site meetings to review progress
- Regular updates on construction milestones
- Direct communication with project manager
6. HANDOVER
Final walkthrough, quality inspection, and key delivery to your completed home.
