The Retor Project is a new-build development in the Montolivet neighbourhood of Valencia, designed as a shared-living complex, laid out as follows:
- 13 studio flats with kitchen and bathroom (17–42 m²)
- 7 of which have a terrace (18–21 m²)
- Communal areas
- Total floor area: 596 m²
PROJECT STRATEGY
- Rental model: Medium-term rentals, lasting between 11 days and 11 months.
Financing options:
Mortgage of up to 50 per cent of the property value (LTV) for businesses
Mortgage of up to 70 per cent of the property value (LTV) for private individuals - Expected gross annual return: 7–9 per cent.
- Project timeline: expected completion in approximately 18 months (around mid-2026).
The project will be carried out in collaboration with our team of trusted architects and contractors.
